What is your return policy?
Have you changed your mind?
Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re pleased to offer you the option to return your order.
Returning your items is simple:- Step1(To update)
- Step 2 (To update).
Please ensure your return is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note:- We currently do not offer exchanges or credit notes — only refunds.
- Any donation made to a charity during checkout is non-refundable.

How can I return an item from my order?
If you’d like to return one or more products from your order, it couldn’t be easier:- Step1(To update)

Once your return is received and checked by our warehouse team, your refund will be processed within 10 working days.

When will I receive my refund?
Your return will be processed promptly, within 10 working days of receiving your parcel. -
Can I exchange a product online?
We currently do not offer exchanges for online orders, only refunds are available for returned products.
If you'd like a different item, simply place a new order at your convenience.
DELIVERY METHODS, TIMES & COSTS

What delivery options are available?
We offer standard home delivery via Packeta .
Good to know:- Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) are dispatched the same day.
- Deliveries are available within Romania only.
- We do not ship to overseas destinations.
- Orders typically arrive within 3 working days.

Can I have my order delivered to an address which is different to my home address?
When you log in to your Clarins account , you will have access to an address book which allows you to register a different delivery address from your billing address.
When you place your order, simply select the delivery address of your choice. -
Where do you deliver?
Orders placed on www.clarins.ro can only be delivered within Romania.

Can I update my delivery address after placing an order?
No worries, if the delivery address is incorrect, you can still update it.
Once your order has been handed over to the delivery service, you’ll receive an email allowing you to:- Choose a convenient delivery time
- Update your delivery address
Simply follow the instructions in the email to make the changes.
TRACK MY DELIVERY

How can I track the delivery of my package?
As soon as your package is picked up by our delivery partner, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link.
If you have a Clarins account:
Simply log in and click on “Track your order” in the “My Account” section to follow your delivery in real time.
If you checked out as a guest:
You can view your order and track your delivery using the link provided in your order confirmation email or on the tracking page. -
When should I expect my order to arrive?
To ensure same-day dispatch, please place your order before 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be shipped on the next working day.
Once dispatched, our delivery partner aims to deliver your order within 3 working days. -
I haven’t received a tracking number, what should I do?
As soon as your package is handed over to the delivery service, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Not seeing the email?
- Please check your junk or spam folder, just in case.
If you have a Clarins account:
Log in and go to My Account → My Orders → Order History where you’ll find:- Your order status
- A summary of the products ordered
- A direct link to Track Your Order

TRACK MY RETURN

My return is in progress, when will I be refunded?
Once your returned package has been received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 working days.
Haven’t received a refund confirmation after 10 days?
If it’s been more than 10 days since your return was received and you haven’t received a confirmation email, please contact our Customer Care team via our contact page.
To help us process your request quickly, be sure to have your order number and return tracking number ready. -
My order wasn’t delivered and was returned, what should I do?
If the delivery service was unable to deliver your package or left it at a designated pick-up point and it wasn’t collected in time, the parcel will be automatically returned to our warehouse.
In this case, your order will be fully refunded once the return is received and processed.
If you still wish to receive your products, we kindly invite you to place a new order at your convenience.
