How do I become a member of Club Clarins?
Join the program for free, by opting in when you shop online or create an account on clarins website. We will give you 20 points when you first join, our welcome treat to get you started! If you already have an account online with us but are unsure if you are a member, review your “My Account” details and ensure you select “YES” on your Club Clarins status.
How does the loyalty program work?
Club Clarins is our loyalty program designed to reward you every time you shop on Clarins website.
Once you create an account, you automatically start earning points with every eligible purchase. Your points are added to your account and become available 30 days after your order has been delivered.
When you collect enough points, they are automatically converted into a voucher that you can use on your next order.
When will my points show in my account?
Points are not available immediately after purchase.
They are first registered as pending and will be validated 30 days after your order has been delivered. This delay allows for returns or order adjustments.
Once validated, your points will automatically appear in your available balance.
How do I check my points balance?
You can check your points at any time by signing in to your Clarins account.
In your account area, you will see:
- Your total points balance
- Your pending points (recent purchases not yet validated)
- Your available points
- Your vouchers
This allows you to easily track your progress and rewards.
