Shea tree

Protecting the soil and biodiversity is a longstanding commitment at Clarins. That’s why we have always given priority to plant-based key ingredients sourced from organic agriculture, grown using sustainable farming methods that respect nature and the health of the soil. For certain plants, like the shea tree, we practice multi-sourcing which means we rely on both organic* and non-organic extracts to ensure that the volume we require for our products is met. *Organic ingredients are produced in accordance with European regulation (CE 2018/848).
