HOW THE LOYALTY PROGRAM WORKS

How does the loyalty program work?
Club Clarins is our loyalty program designed to reward you every time you shop on Clarins.sk.
Once you create an account, you automatically start earning points with every eligible purchase. Your points are added to your account and become available 30 days after your order has been delivered.
When you collect enough points, they are automatically converted into a voucher that you can use on your next order. -
How can I check how many loyalty points I have?
You can check your points at any time by signing in to your Clarins account.
In your account area, you will see:- Your total points balance
- Your pending points (recent purchases not yet validated)
- Your available points
- Your vouchers
This allows you to easily track your progress and rewards. -
How many loyalty points do I earn when I shop?
You earn 1 point for every 1 € spent on eligible purchases (excluding delivery costs).
In addition, you receive 20 welcome points when you create your Clarins account.

How can I earn points?
Earning points is simple and automatic.
- Create your account to receive 20 welcome points
- Earn 1 point for every 1 € spent on Clarins.sk
Once your order is delivered, your points will appear as pending and will be validated after 30 days.
When your balance reaches 200 validated points, they are automatically converted into a 15 € voucher, valid on orders of 65 € or more. -
How long are my points and loyalty vouchers valid for?
Your points remain valid for 2 years from the date they are validated.
Once your voucher is issued, it is valid for 6 months. We recommend using it before it expires to fully enjoy your reward. -
Why haven’t my loyalty points been updated yet?
Points are not available immediately after purchase.
They are first registered as pending and will be validated 30 days after your order has been delivered. This delay allows for returns or order adjustments.
Once validated, your points will automatically appear in your available balance.

How do I receive my voucher?
Your voucher is generated automatically once you reach 200 validated points.
You will be able to find your voucher code in your account and use it at checkout.
200 points = 15 € voucher, valid on orders of 65 € or more. -
Can my voucher be combined with other offers?
Your voucher can be combined with other promotions and special offers, unless stated otherwise in the promotion’s terms and conditions.
Please note:- Only one voucher can be used per order
- The voucher amount is deducted automatically from your basket total
- If a promotional code is also applied, the discount is calculated after the voucher is deducted

My order was unsuccessful. Will my voucher be returned?
If your order is unsuccessful (for example, due to a payment issue), your voucher will be automatically returned to your account.
If your order has been cancelled at your request or not collected, please contact Customer Care for assistance.
