How to earn points
The loyalty program applies only to orders placed by registered customers who have an account on Clarins.sk. Registered customers earn points for every correctly placed and confirmed order. Loyalty points are added to the customer’s account only for products purchased on www.clarins.sk. Points will not be awarded for the purchase of services and products offered by Clarins brand partners. Please note that if you return a product, we will not be able to credit you with the corresponding points.

- How we calculate points:
Every 1 € = 1 point (excluding shipping costs and the purchase of an e-Gift Card). Points are valid for 2 years.
- How to use your accumulated points:
200 points = a 15 € voucher. The voucher is valid for 6 months and can be used for purchases of at least 65€ on Clarins.sk.
- How to redeem a coupon:
To redeem a coupon, enter its code in the appropriate field when placing your order. Coupons cannot be combined, which means you can only use one coupon per order.
Coupons can be combined with other promotions and special offers (unless the promotion terms and conditions state otherwise).
Using a coupon automatically reduces the value of your cart. For promotions combined with a discount code, the discount is applied to the amount remaining after the coupon is deducted.
Using a coupon reduces the order value and may affect the type of promotional products you receive. When placing an order using a loyalty voucher, the value of each purchased product is reduced proportionally. The voucher is single-use. In the event of contract cancellation and return of the order in which it was used, the voucher is not credited back to the Customer’s balance. In the event of a partial return of an order in which a voucher was used, the Customer will be refunded the value of the product, proportionally reduced by the value of the voucher used.
Your Points Status
You can check the status and balance of your points and loyalty vouchers at any time in your account on Clarins.sk, under the “My Points” section.
Points can have the following status:

Pending Confirmation: Your points will be approved 30 days after you placed your order; this is the time required to process, settle, and activate your points in the event that you decide to return part or all of your order under your right to cancel the contract.

Confirmed: After 30 days from the date you placed the order, the points will be added to your balance. They are valid for 2 years.

Redeemed: Accumulated 200 points in your account are converted into a voucher worth 15 €. After receiving the voucher number, 200 points are deducted from your account. The voucher is valid for the next 6 months; you can use it exclusively for purchases on Clarins.sk, with a minimum order amount of 65€.
The voucher is single-use. In the event of contract cancellation and return of the order in which it was used, the voucher is not credited back to the Customer’s balance.
